Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Love it or send it back within 30 days of delivery—your choice.
-Eligible: Unused items in original packaging (fountain, 3 filters, manual)—like new.
-Refund Amount: Full purchase price (e.g., £49), minus shipping and handling (S&H, typically £5-£10).
-Process: See our for steps—contact us within 7 days, get an RMA, ship it back, and we’ll refund via your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective: Got a dud? Contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll replace it free (shipping included) or refund you fully if out of stock.
Non-Refundable: Used items (e.g., water-run fountains), missing parts, or returns past 7-day contact/30-day return windows. S&H fees aren’t refunded—standard stuff.
Dispute Policy
- What’s a Dispute?: If you challenge a charge with your bank or payment provider (e.g., “I didn’t get it” or “not as described”), that’s a dispute. We’ll work with you and Stripe to fix it fast.
- How We Handle It:

- Valid Claims: Late, lost, or broken? We’ll refund or replace ASAP—full amount if unfixable.
- Invalid Claims: Used items, no return attempt, or past 30 days? We’ll fight the dispute with evidence—Stripe decides.
- Shipping Delays: We ship within 48 hours (business days)—delays beyond that (e.g., carrier issues) aren’t on us, but we’ll track and push for you. No refunds for “still in transit” unless lost (30+ days undelivered).
Timing & Limits
